•⁠ ⁠**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at vTech Solution. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

•⁠ ⁠**Responsibilities:**

•⁠ ⁠• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.

•⁠ ⁠• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

•⁠ ⁠• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

•⁠ ⁠• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and medication administration records.

•⁠ ⁠• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

•⁠ ⁠**Requirements:**

•⁠ ⁠• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.

•⁠ ⁠• BSN degree or higher from an accredited nursing program.

•⁠ ⁠• 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a short-term acute care environment.

•⁠ ⁠• Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

•⁠ ⁠• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
