We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will provide direct care to adult patients in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical units.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the United States
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts
- Flexibility to work in various locations nationwide
