Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect all areas of the building, including common spaces, offices, and restrooms.
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles, and replace liners as needed.
  • Use specialized equipment and chemicals to clean and disinfect surfaces, including floors, walls, and windows.
  • Assist with client moves and other special projects as needed.
  • Monitor building security and safety, and report any issues to management.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
  • Shovel snow and apply salt to sidewalks as needed.
  • Use insecticides and fumigants to prevent pest infestations.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or hazards to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Trade school certification or technical courses a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working in all types of weather. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients and staff.
