Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our warehouse team. This role will work directly with the warehouse supervisor, warehouse employees, and employees throughout the plant as directed. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining equipment for buildings and grounds at the plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform safety and maintenance checks
  • Replace cords and parts on broken or worn-out equipment
  • Repair hand and/or power tools
  • Repair plumbing
  • Paint non-production items
  • Troubleshoot and adjust equipment and machines
  • Clean and repair lighting
  • Service motor homes when needed
  • Fabricate parts and shop equipment
  • Document repairs and data entry
  • Follow all safety lockout/tag out procedures
  • Snow removal and lawn care
  • Assist in other areas of production as needed and qualified
Requirements
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED with 1 year of work experience
  • Driver's License required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Forklift experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP system
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing
  • Class B Driver's License and DOT
