Job Summary

The Digital Banking Analyst is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across online and mobile banking platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to identify and fill product gaps, driving innovation and growth for Retail and Small Business customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience and adoption.
  • Research and analyze the latest Retail trends in the industry, providing strategic recommendations for positioning Seacoast Bank in the next generation banking space.
  • Participate in the development, roll-out, and promotion of new and existing digital banking capabilities, prioritizing commercial digital product requirements and operational tasks.
  • Support the research and implementation of competitive products that deliver value for customers and efficiency for the company.
  • Develop and update documentation of current state environments and upcoming enhancements.
  • Partner with Retail and Small Business Banking teams, other internal departments, and vendors to ensure solution implementation meets business needs while balancing risk considerations.
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of project deliverables, driving business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing digital banking products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in banking products and systems, with a strong understanding of customer experience and digital technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to inspire confidence and collaborate closely with technology leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a growth-oriented environment and pivot as needed to meet goals and priorities.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a creative and outside-the-box thinking approach.
  • Collaborative team player with experience in stakeholder and relationship management, process management, and documentation.
