About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Roving Personal Banker to join our team in Salt Lake East. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will provide exceptional support to our customers across various branch locations within a specific geography.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support to customers, building relationships through outreach and proposing suitable products and services to help them succeed financially.
  • Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs.
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships, providing options for bank products and services.
  • Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as necessary.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
  • Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
