About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Roving Personal Banker to join our team in Salt Lake East. As a Roving Personal Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service and support across various branch locations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to branch locations within a specific geography, ensuring seamless customer service and support.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experience, proactively engaging with customers and proposing relevant products and services.
  • Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services, enabling you to connect customers with the right solutions.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
