Internal Communications Specialist

The Manager, Internal Communications will be responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of communications plans for a variety of programs and initiatives. This role will take the lead on preparation and management of internal communications focused on supporting critical programs in Caliber's Central Operations organization.
Key Responsibilities
Independently develop and implement internal and executive communications strategies for leaders that align to assigned central operations programs and initiatives
Proactively plan, create content, and deliver clear and inspirational messaging that is related to key initiatives
Provide strategic insight and initiative, including advice and counsel to leaders on opportunities for internal engagement, ensuring they are amplifying messages that align to both corporate strategy and program communications strategy
Ensure consistent and timely information to employees through various communications platforms and channels, including emails, town halls, the intranet, and internal social media outlets
Provide feedback to leaders regarding employee experience and engagement related to these programs, as measured through analytics, anecdotally, and through continuous listening strategies
Requirements
5-8 years corporate communications experience with a focus in employee engagement, corporate and executive communications
Proven experience confidently interacting with and counseling corporate executives and key internal partners with best in-class employee communication practices, and ensuring messaging is consistent across the organization
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including success managing major projects and enterprise-wide initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively. May involve managing people
Strong writing, editing and communications skills across multiple media, including speeches, email, video scripts, editorial and social content
Creative thinker and passionate about building culture
Organized with attention to detail
Must possess a learning orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive with ability to be in the "higher helicopter" and anticipate needs of leadership and programs
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinker but also able to stay on top of tactical execution and delivers high quality results on time
Collaborative in approach and seeks the views and contributions of others in a matrix environment
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to effectively deal with conflicting agendas and fluctuating priorities
Able to work with minimal supervision to plan and prioritize work
Available to travel as business needs require
Preferred Skills
Have knowledge in SharePoint, MS Office, and Adobe Suite
Spanish speaking preferred
