Position Summary

We are seeking dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front Desk Associates. This role is ideal for those eager to make a meaningful contribution within a vibrant and evolving organization.

  • Welcome members and guests with professionalism
  • Verify membership IDs upon entry
  • Handle phone inquiries with courtesy
  • Address member questions, concerns, and discrepancies
  • Update member accounts as necessary
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
  • Availability for various shifts including opening, closing, and mid-day
  • Conduct tours for members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Assist other departments with related tasks
Qualifications
  • Dependable, professional, tech-savvy, energetic, and approachable
  • Interest in health, fitness, and/or sports is preferred
  • Must possess a friendly, vibrant, and outgoing demeanor
  • Effective communication skills in person, via email, and over the phone
  • Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential physical tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, squatting, and bending
  • Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs
