The Pediatrics Residency of Idaho invites applications from talented Pediatrics Residency Faculty Primary Care Pediatrician who share our commitment to delivering exceptional primary care and training the next generation of pediatric leaders.

We aim to cultivate outstanding pediatric leaders for their communities and train broad-spectrum pediatrics physicians to thrive in various settings. This mission includes serving under-served and rural areas, as well as vulnerable populations in Idaho, with high-quality, affordable care in a collaborative work environment. Our unique approach allows us to focus on community-based residency training and development of leadership and advocacy skills.

We prioritize team-based, patient-focused care and community engagement. Our robust clinical care team consists of pediatricians, pediatric hospitalists, pediatric emergency physicians, neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, psychologists, pediatric psychiatrists, social workers, community health workers, advanced practice clinicians, and pharmacists.

A competitive academic salary with additional compensation based on experience is offered, along with FTCA malpractice insurance and comprehensive benefits package including potential medical student loan repayment.
