Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our customers' lawns and gardens. This includes performing basic tasks related to landscape maintenance, such as mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging.

Responsibilities
  • Front-Line Employee: You will be the boots on the ground, providing exceptional care to our customers.
  • Perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
  • Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.
How We Measure Success
  • Attendance: Meeting our Customer Service goals is critical. You need to be here as required by your Supervisory team.
  • Budget vs Actual Hours: Keeping jobs profitable is dependent on managing the time planned and spent at each job.
  • Return Rates: You'll ensure quality control to make sure it's rare to ever need to go back to redo a job.
  • Customer Retention: Building great relationships with each customer, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service, will keep them coming back.
  • Full Utilization of Software & Processes: This helps make all the above possible.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
  • If you don't already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to drive and back-up trailers
Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $14.00 to $16.00 and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional. Full time Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, with occasional overtime. 401K with company match up to 3%, paid holidays, and vacation pay. Direct deposit paychecks.
