We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at The Grounds Guys. As a key member of our crew, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional lawn care and landscaping services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch lawn care and landscaping services to residential and commercial clients

• Perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and service delivery

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting and carrying up to 35-80 pounds frequently

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and tools are in good working order

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or a similar industry (training provided for the right candidate)

• Clean driving record and ability to drive and back-up trailers

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay range of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Full-time Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional overtime

• 401K with company match up to 3%, paid holidays, and vacation pay

• Direct deposit paychecks
