We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Stability Direct. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide outpatient behavioral health and crisis intervention services to our clients, including screening, intake, and orientation, assessment, treatment, education, discharge planning, counseling, and crisis intervention services.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel individuals, families, groups, and couples to address mental health and substance use disorders.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in conjunction with clients, including diagnostic impressions and continuing care plans.
- Consult with referral sources regarding clinical recommendations and client progress.
- Conduct case management services as an advocate for clients, including determining appropriate levels of care and discharge from clinical programming.
- Attend and participate in team meetings, perform prevention/community education activities, and complete other job-related duties as assigned.
- Master of Social Work from an accredited university preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year therapy experience required, 2 years preferred, with high-risk populations including mental health and substance use disorders.
- Must be licensed within one of these respective professions in the State of Michigan or be able to obtain licensing within 90 days of hire: Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling.
- Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) Certification preferred.
- Must have the willingness to obtain CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification.
