As a key member of our engineering services team, you will be responsible for providing a range of engineering services to our plant, including repair, restoration, installation, and project management for site buildings, grounds, equipment, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engineering Services: Direct maintenance personnel in the repair, restoration, installation, and project management for site buildings, grounds, equipment, and machinery.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with the Engineering team to prepare capital requests, lead teams, participate as a team member, or assume entire responsibility for projects from concept to implementation, including design, justification, construction, purchase, installation, operation, and cost control.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Assist maintenance personnel in troubleshooting problems with equipment and systems, encourage employees to solve problems on their own, and utilize all resources available to them.
  • Spending Authority: Execute spending authority in a way that supports the budget and seeks cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technician or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Planning, leadership, and administrative skills, critical thinking, ability to manage multiple complex tasks, and deal with pressure.
  • Knowledge: OSHA and NEC regulations, safety leadership principles, electrical and electronics, Lean Manufacturing principles, and Microsoft Office Products.
