Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
    • Proven experience in leadership and management, including team leadership and development.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, including communication, coaching, and conflict resolution.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
