Job Summary:
Bridgeport Family Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant/Primary Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our primary care facility, you will provide high-quality patient care services under the supervision of a physician.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to physician's effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing physician directives.
- Assess patient health by interviewing patients and gathering relevant medical history.
- Document patient care services by charting in patient charts and maintaining accurate records.
- Instruct and counsel patients by describing therapeutic regimens, promoting wellness and health maintenance, and providing education on disease prevention and management.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Monday-Friday schedule with no call or weekend shifts.

- Primary care and urgent care experience preferred.
- Day shift schedule with Monday to Friday hours.
