Job Title:
Construction Equipment Operator

Location:
Birmingham, AL

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, Day Shift

Compensation:
$20-27 per hour, plus overtime. Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, and ESOP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain specialized equipment for sewer and storm drain cleaning, including Jet/Vac units and Vacuum Trucks.
  • Transport equipment to job sites daily, requiring a Class A or B license, and collaborate with the rehabilitation team in tasks such as mixing or applying cement.

Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL A or B license is mandatory.
  • Prior experience with heavy machinery is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a physical examination, drug screening, and background check.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in challenging conditions.
  • Ability to enter manholes and work in confined spaces, with potential travel as needed.
  • This position primarily serves the Birmingham, AL area, but travel may be required based on operational needs.
