We are currently seeking Economic Intelligence Analysts for a full-time salaried role supporting the Economic Security Mission Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive all-source intelligence analysis and assessments, performing economic and trade data research, and providing outreach support for the Economic Security Mission Center. This role focuses on mission areas that include, but are not limited to, critical threats to US economic competitiveness. Such threats encompass supply chain vulnerabilities, illicit trade, foreign malign economic influence, and intellectual property theft. Additionally, the role addresses both overt and covert foreign economic influences targeting various levels of government and private sectors.

  • Experience in developing intelligence from raw data collected from diverse sources.
  • Proficient knowledge of databases and software applications used in the intelligence field, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, and various message handling systems.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives to produce all-source analytical intelligence assessments for senior policymakers and various partners.
  • Capable of meeting stringent deadlines for product creation and dissemination.
  • Competence in analyzing threats to US national security and economic interests stemming from foreign technology transfer and intellectual property theft.
  • Understanding of foreign national economic and military objectives, along with their historical and cultural contexts.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Mental Requirements: Capacity to multitask and adapt to changing priorities with minimal notice.
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity or experience in producing intelligence on economic security topics such as intellectual property theft, supply chain security, foreign technology transfer, and foreign economic influence.
Clearance Level Required: TS/SCI

Application Process:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-100,000 annually. However, this is not a guarantee of compensation; actual salary will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses, spot bonuses, and program-specific awards. Syntelligent offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees.
