Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and warmly welcome clients.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing questions.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about various insurance choices.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Skilled in assessing customer needs and conducting effective interviews.
  • Ability to relate effectively to customers.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any necessary licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents operate as independent contractors who hire their own staff, and their employees are not considered employees of State Farm.
