About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide primary administrative support for the CET Director of Engineering and the CET Division Engineering Leadership staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CET Director of Engineering and the CET Division Engineering Leadership staff
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient office systems and procedures
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
