Kelly is seeking a Property Manager to work with our client, a small business that provides affordable and safe housing to the communities it serves. This is a fantastic direct hire/permanent opportunity

The Property Manager will:

  • \t
  • Report to the CFO
    \t
  • Supervise one direct report
    \t
  • Manage the day-to-day operations for over 100 residential and commercial properties (250+ units) in 4 states
    \t
  • Review and approve weekly check register
    \t
  • Approve invoices for property projects
    \t
  • Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance
    \t
  • Lead property improvement projects
    \t
  • Oversee budgets, lease administration, and tenant service delivery
    \t
  • Handle onsite assessment of residential turns for abandonment/eviction situations
    \t
  • Approve high-cost estimates

Qualifications:


  • \t
  • Minimum 3+ years of property management experience
    \t
  • Experience with commercial lease review/negotiation would be a plus
    \t
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    \t
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    \t
  • Knowledge of property management software like AppFolio
    \t
  • Familiarity with building systems, maintenance processes, and vendor management
    \t
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
    \t
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
