Key Responsibilities
  • Support pursuit teams in crafting compelling proposal and interview materials that highlight our strengths and value proposition.
  • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
  • Help manage client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Arrange for professional photography on projects, capturing the essence of our work and showcasing our expertise.
  • Support the development of annual and long-term strategic plans, aligning with our company's direction and goals.
  • Implement key growth initiatives and investments as defined in our strategic plans, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Support the development and implementation of client plans, including long-term strategies to capture market share, as assigned.

  • Support content marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand, increase our visibility, and showcase our thought leaders.

  • Implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and build our online presence.
  • Support the implementation of strategies that elevate our brand and technical talent with industry associations.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral to support business development efforts, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Support the fulfillment of conference sponsorship benefits, as needed.
  • Develop engaging internal communications content, including announcements, presentations, videos, and webinars.
  • Plan and coordinate large, internal meetings, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Maintain an inventory of branded materials used for client visits, conferences, and recruiting, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
  • Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices, empowering them to succeed.
  • Create marketing collateral to support business development efforts, driving growth and expansion.
  • Plan and fulfill conference sponsorship benefits, as needed.
  • Develop engaging internal communications content, including announcements, presentations, videos, and webinars.
  • Plan large, internal meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Articulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantages, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.
