Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
  • Ensure that all restaurant staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and that they are aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational metrics to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 4 years of supervisory or lead experience.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a varied and rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
