Job Title: School Aged Program Site Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a School Aged Program Site Manager at Growing Minds Youth Development II. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our program site, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our scholars.

Job Summary:

The School Aged Program Site Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our program site, including supervising staff, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the program site, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote academic and personal growth in our scholars.
  • Supervise group leaders and ensure that they are providing high-quality support to our scholars.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and scholars to ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as education or youth development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to develop and implement lesson plans that promote academic and personal growth in our scholars.
