Job Summary
In this role, you will serve as a key member of the IMC team, working cross-functionally to lead the creation of regional and market-level advertising execution. This involves leveraging consumer segmentation by geography to inform messaging decisions, local marketing activation, local media plans, and acquisition efforts.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in field marketing and marketing to join our team at Inspire Brands. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for managing franchisee relationships and 50% of our local market system advertising/marketing needs. You will ensure connection to National calendar and creative, comms plans, consistency in brand voice in every interaction across regional marketing, and best represent the franchise system in bespoke regional or local strategy planning.

This role requires strategic thinking and complex problem-solving, with strong relationship-building capabilities and relationship management. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing materials and creating understanding of consumer strategies overall, by region and by market type
- Stewarding and communicating co-op investment $, as part of overall full-year planning and ongoing opportunities for locally funded initiatives
- Partnering with Local Media arm of agencies and cross-functional teams to help direct bespoke market-level plans

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in field marketing/marketing and possess excellent project management skills, time management skills, and budget management skills. Additionally, they will have flexibility to work within an open concept office environment and within established guidelines, as well as the ability to work with remote team members and oversee work product from multiple advertising agencies. The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-$105,000 per year.
