About the Role

Careington International Corporation is a solutions-driven organization that has been a pioneer in the discount health care industry since 1979. Our mission remains the same - to create marketable discount health programs that are profitable for providers and economical for members.

We are currently seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our Property & Casualty division. This role will involve working on-site at our North Frisco office three days a week and remotely two days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers to identify their auto, home, and personal insurance needs and tailor solutions to fit.
  • Handle inbound call volume and engage in outbound follow-up and prospecting activities.
  • Source quotes and policies through active networking and prospecting to generate referrals for P&C insurance products.
  • Utilize consultative sales practices to provide customized quotes, sell value, overcome objections, and pursue a one-call-one-close outcome where possible.
  • Meet and exceed metric goals for inbound and outbound calls, quotes, sales, and other key performance indicators.
  • Manage and track customer requests for follow-up as required.
  • Ensure all phone calls are answered timely and quotes are completed accurately and delivered efficiently.
  • Be a licensed Property & Casualty Agent and possess knowledge of specific policy coverage information for multiple carriers across multiple states.
  • Collaborate with the team to exceed goals and metrics set forth by management, including sales per week, quotes per week, calls per day and per week, handle time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as an active problem solver to help the organization improve workflows and efficiency.

  • Phone sales experience.

  • Commission-driven with quarterly bonus.

  • Flexibility in scheduling.
  • Ability to accurately retain sales campaign knowledge and apply learned sales tactics.
  • Capacity to work independently and with others when appropriate.
  • Impeccable communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Professional phone demeanor and superb listening skills.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to easily adapt to departmental changes.
  • Strong desire to meet the department's overall goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty licensed Agent.
  • College degree.
  • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Applications, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Interest and experience in both inbound and outbound sales calls.
