  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives for potential customers.
  • Understand and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing options to customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep track of sales leads and update customer information in the company database.
  • Attend company training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate for each sale.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales or related field.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of auto industry and market trends is preferred.
