Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume leadership duties as assigned by the store manager, including acting as the manager on duty to address customer service and operational issues.
  • Provide constructive feedback on individual and team performance to management.
  • Model and promote exceptional selling techniques and customer service standards.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of product knowledge, company policies, and store strategies.
  • Set daily goals and objectives for the team at the start of each shift.
  • Build a loyal customer base through engagement and effective communication.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including bank deposits and inventory management.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably an existing sales associate aspiring to a leadership role.
  • Ability to cultivate a customer-centric sales culture.
  • Proven track record of sales and operational success.
  • Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and peak hours.
  • Capability to provide real-time coaching to team members.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
