Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Primary Care Float Pool team in Bellevue, Washington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional nursing care to a diverse patient population, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans that address their unique requirements.
- Nursing Interventions: Implement evidence-based nursing interventions to promote patient health, safety, and well-being, including education, counseling, and support.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices, advances in nursing care, and emerging trends in healthcare.
- Education: Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- License: Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire or Compact License: Registered Nurse required at hire.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support required at hire.
- Ambulatory Care Experience: Previous experience in ambulatory care nursing, primary nursing, or case-management.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
