Job Summary:

As a Roofing Service Foreman with the Flynn Group of Companies, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer service. Your expertise in commercial roofing services will be essential in managing a team of professionals and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate and repair leaks in roofing systems
  • Perform quality control checks on roofing installations and repairs
  • Manage a team of roofing technicians and provide guidance on best practices
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for roofing systems
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their roofing needs and provide solutions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing services as a foreman
  • Knowledge of various roofing systems, including modified bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC membranes, tile, coatings, and metal roof systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license with a good 7-year driving record
