Yakima area employer looking to hire a Lead Roof Repair Technician with the following credentials.

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years roofing experience
  • Experience in all types of roofing & roof repair
    • Composition 
    • Metal
    • Single Ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM)
    • Tile
    • Cedar
    • Self adhered modified bitumen
    • Built-up roof and torch-down repairs
  • This is not a management position, but could grow into one.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.
  • Must be at least 25 years old in order to be covered under copany auto insurance.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Willing to go into attic spaces to try to locate leaks

Compensation:

  • Min start at $30/hr or more depending on experience and tools.
  • After 30 days the following
    • 6 paid holidays
    • Membership at Assurance Health care.
  • Paid vacation:
    • 1 week after 1 years of full-time work
    • 2 weeks after 3 years of full-time work
    • 3 weeks after 5 years of full-time work.
