Job Summary

Moulton College is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Maths Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to students and other client groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lecture and Training: Deliver lectures and training sessions to students and other client groups, adhering to quality standards set by the College.
  • Tutoring and Course Management: Tutor and manage one or more courses or groups of students, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the Head of School to develop and refine the Maths curriculum.
  • Course Administration: Act as a course tutor, responsible for organization, administration, and monitoring of attendances, including data collection for course evaluation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Relevant Qualifications: Be educated to Level 3 in a relevant subject.
  • Teaching Qualifications: Hold or be willing to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent.
  • Subject Expertise: Have up-to-date experience and knowledge of the Maths GCSE curriculum.
  • Industry Experience: Possess experience of working in a Further Education setting, preferably in a similar role.
