Maxim Healthcare Services - RN Homecare Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Moulton, IA. As a homecare RN, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services.
  • Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions as patient status and needs change.
  • Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document effectiveness of intervention.
  • Review plan of care and program protocols, and identify areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning needs.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
