Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Working Production Supervisor to lead and manage our production team, which consists of 12-18 full and part-time machine operators and 2-3 team leaders.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage work order scheduling, and play a pivotal role in our company's success. In this role, you will also be responsible for tracking production numbers and figures, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You will need to work on the machines at least 50% of the time, working closely with your team to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the production flow
  • Track production numbers and figures
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Manage work order scheduling
  • Work closely with team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of managerial experience
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on production experience or a similar background
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets, email, and office software

Work Schedule:

The typical schedule for this position is 42.5 hours during the weekday, typically from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Occasional Sunday morning shifts are required for additional compensation provided.
