**Job Title:** Senior Clinical Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator to join our corporate clinical team as a Traveling Director of Nursing/Clinical Administrator. This role provides support for the clinical programs in PHS skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, requiring regular travel to PHS sites. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing/Clinical Administrator in long-term care and possess excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Interim leadership of Clinical Departments in Care Centers and Assisted Living
- Planning, organizing, developing, evaluating, and directing the clinical staff and program on a temporary basis
- Participating in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure high quality resident care while achieving short-term operational goals and objectives for the site
**Qualifications:**
- Registered nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices
- 3-5 years experience as a Director of Nursing/Clinical Administrator in long-term care
- Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, RAI processes, quality management, staff development, resident and family support systems, and community outreach
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to Wisconsin, Iowa, and other PHS facilities
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
