At Presbyterian Homes & Services, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Administrator to lead our clinical teams in senior care facilities. As a key member of our corporate clinical team, you will provide strategic leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care and services.

About the Role

The Traveling Clinical Administrator is responsible for interim leadership of Clinical Departments in Care Centers and Assisted Living. In this role, you will utilize your skills in planning, organizing, developing, evaluating, and directing clinical staff and programs to ensure the ongoing delivery of high-quality resident care and services.

Responsibilities
  • Interim leadership of Clinical Departments in Care Centers and Assisted Living
  • Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and support to clinical staff and programs
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care and services
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure high-quality resident care while achieving short-term operational goals and objectives
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A registered nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices
  • 3-5 years experience as a Director of Nursing/Clinical Administrator in long-term care
  • Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, RAI processes, quality management, staff development, resident and family support systems, and community outreach
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records
  • Knowledge of State and Federal regulatory requirements for long-term care
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills; adaptability, flexibility, and creativity
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of people
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
