This is a FULL-TIME Logistics and Inventory Specialist position that plays a crucial role in our operations. As a locally owned and independently operated NAPA Dealer, we are looking for dedicated individuals to become part of our family.

As a Sanel NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist, you will be the face of our retail store, assisting customers with their automotive needs. While extensive mechanical knowledge is not required, familiarity with automotive parts is essential.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts for receiving, selecting, shipping, and managing inventory while adhering to established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, track inventory, and complete necessary documentation for shipping and receiving.
  • Report any unsafe conditions, product damage, or equipment issues promptly.
  • Complete all required paperwork associated with the position.
  • Scan or manually check in products for cross-docking from pallets to store cages or buckets.
  • Prepare orders and equipment for shipment to various store locations.
  • Organize products and securely wrap cages or pallets for shipping at the end of the day.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring readiness for the next day's tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • At least 6 months of experience in logistics, retail, or customer service.
  • Forklift Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • A satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record is required.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Demonstrated qualities of flexibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in your work, aligning with Sanel NAPA's mission.
