Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence, including quality of earnings reports, to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients, including financial accounting matters, business processes, and deal structuring.
- Lead complex transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to companies and private equity investors.
- Cultivate relationships with senior executives at client companies and private equity sponsors to drive business development and generate new projects.
- Manage and coordinate the approach of clients, engagement teams, and third-party diligence providers throughout the transaction process.
- Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, and potential liabilities and risks.
- Create tailored transaction advisory reports to address key issues, such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, and indebtedness considerations.
- Lead, mentor, and professionally develop team members, actively participating in career advisory and performance review processes.
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in a client-serving role at a top-tier public accounting or financial advisory firm, or private industry experience at a senior level.
- Prior financial due diligence experience.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a strong and up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience in client advisory on financial accounting issues and an understanding of significant business events, such as mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs.
- CPA certification.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position is $132,300 - $198,450. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
