Job SummaryWe're seeking a Director of Advisory Services to scale our advisory practice while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our advisory services and driving business growth.
Your Mission- Scale our advisory practice and deliver a world-class client software buying experience.
- Align with our channel partners, including benefit brokers and HR consultants, to support their clients & prospects.
- Implement new service lines to expand the scope of our advisory & consulting work and drive additional value for clients.

- Lead Client Advisory Work: Within 90 days, take charge of client-facing advisory work for up to 50% of our clients.

- Scale our Processes: Define, refine, teach, and scale our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Engage and educate existing channel partners to strengthen relationships.

- Expand our network by bringing on new channel partners using existing strategies.
- Implement initiatives to drive greater value for our clients during our engagements.

- Qualifications: 3-7 years of client-facing consulting experience, preferably in management consulting.
- HR consultants, benefits consultants, customer success leads, and software sales professionals are also encouraged to apply.
