The successful candidate will formulate comprehensive testing strategies for intricate unit, process, functional, integration, and acceptance testing.
They will be accountable for the definition, planning, and execution of testing initiatives.
Providing technical leadership to project teams will be a key responsibility.
The role includes participation in or leadership of quality assurance and metrics architecture projects.
Defining testing criteria, analyzing testing outcomes, and presenting findings to Quality Assurance leadership will be essential tasks.
The candidate will analyze complex system requirements and resolve intricate issues identified during testing.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of technology utilized in QA processes will be part of the role.
Recommendations for new products and guidance in their development will be expected.
Identifying and documenting software and system defects, along with proposing solutions for resolution, will be crucial.
Contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives is a key expectation.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 9 years in a systems quality environment is required.
Experience within the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree.
