We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Architect to lead the development of automated testing solutions that ensure the quality and functionality of our software products in the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team and drive overall automation strategy, execution strategy, and planning for banking domain projects.
- Define and establish automation strategy and processes for banking domain testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain a scalable and robust automation framework using Selenium WebDriver with Java for banking domain applications.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for banking domain projects.
- Lead the creation and execution of automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing of banking domain applications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure test scripts are robust and maintainable for banking domain testing.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA team members on automation techniques and best practices for banking domain testing.
- Analyze test results, identify issues and trends, and report them to stakeholders for banking domain projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest testing tools, strategies, and technologies for banking domain testing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure automated tests cover all aspects of banking domain application functionality.
- Manage and prioritize test automation backlog and ensure timely delivery of automated test solutions for banking domain projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in QA automation with a focus on web applications, preferably in the banking domain.
- API automation, knowledge of devops, CI/CD Jenkins, and strong communication skills.
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and a strong understanding of Java, with experience in banking domain testing.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc., with a focus on banking domain testing.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch for banking domain applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar, with experience in banking domain projects.
- Proficiency in API testing and automation using REST-assured or similar tools, with a focus on banking domain testing.
- Strong scripting skills and experience with version control systems like Git, with a focus on banking domain testing.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with experience in banking domain testing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities, with a focus on banking domain projects.
