Medical Assistant Professional

Midtown Health Center Inc is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant Professional to join our team. As a Medical Assistant Professional, you will provide high-quality patient care, support the healthcare team, and contribute to the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Assist healthcare providers during examinations, prepare laboratory specimens, and perform basic laboratory tests.
- Verify patient information, take vital signs, and confirm the purpose of the visit or treatment.
- Document delivery of health care and nursing process in accordance with the clinic's policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and vaccines accurately and document in electronic health records.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is required, with two years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- A current certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) is also required.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
