Position: Food & Beverage Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations and staff within the dining establishment.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction levels.
  • Review staff attendance records and provide constructive feedback.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
  • Commit to full-time hours with adaptable scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Willingness to work during special events and holidays.
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
