Job Summary

Ladgov Corporation seeks a qualified Catholic Spiritual Leader to provide spiritual guidance and support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastoral care and experience conducting Mass and Confessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Sunday Catholic Mass and Confessions
  • Provide Mass on Holy Days of Obligation
  • Offer moral and ethical guidance to team members
  • Prepare and deliver sermons/homilies
  • Coordinate substitute coverage when unavailable
  • Report on spiritual well-being activities and observations
Requirements
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Minimum of 5 years of pastoral experience
  • Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication
  • Ordained priest in good standing with the Catholic Church
