About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting our company leaders and developing integrated solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR guidance to company leaders on policies, best practices, and federal and state law to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective investigations and performance management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to identify and address training needs for business units.
  • Work closely with company leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies and programs to attract top talent.
  • Partner with the Compensation Center of Excellence and HRIS team to develop new or updated positions and job descriptions.
  • Create and interpret organizational policies in alignment with the mission and vision of the organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
  • Four years of progressive HR experience with knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
  • Excellent consulting, client management, and business literacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.
Preferred Qualifications

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification is preferred. Relevant industry experience is also a plus.
