The Brooklyn Botanic Garden is looking for a highly motivated and organized Classroom Assistant to support our Continuing Education programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.
  • Collaborate with instructors and staff to develop and implement effective educational programs.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including room setup and audio-visual equipment preparation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
