Project Development Coordinator Job Description

Lutech Resources is seeking a highly skilled Project Development Coordinator to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in developing wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects on schedule and under budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams in managing local permits, reviews, and submissions.
  • Organize and attend local community outreach events, including landowner dinners, open houses, and public hearings.
  • Identify, organize, file, and share property owner documentation with internal and external parties.
  • Request agreements and coordinate communication between the legal department and the development team to obtain property owner agreements in a timely manner.
  • Pull information quickly using customer management and land management tools and submit requested information in an organized manner.
  • Process property owner agreements for agreement payments.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Coordinate communication between the development team with procurement, accounting, and corporate service departments.
  • Onboard new vendors and track vendor payments.
  • Obtain Service Agreements from the legal department.
  • Request and review Purchase Order setup with the procurement team.
  • Manage and work with GIS data in coordination with internal GIS team for property data, layouts, and project constraints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of progressively responsible project management experience in energy or a related industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Teams, Outlook, and OneNote. Proficiency in SAP, Land Management System, and Customer Relation Management software is preferred.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
  • Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours in an office environment.
  • Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or scheduled form.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary.
