About the Role

FusionAuth is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing the entire IT function, from infrastructure and security to employee support and equipment management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including setting up new accounts, provisioning hardware, and ensuring proper access to systems.
  • Partner with HR to ensure smooth transitions and maintain system security during offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to protect data and maintain system integrity in the event of an outage or security incident.
  • Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet company standards for performance, security, and cost.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years corporate IT management experience, with significant exposure to startup or high-growth environments.
  • Experience supporting a Mac-based organization and using Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of network security and best practices for securing corporate IT environments.
  • Proven track record of managing and maintaining SOC2 compliance or similar regulatory frameworks.
