Curriculum Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Coordinator to join our team at The Learning Experience #160 in Plano. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children and supporting the growth and development of our teachers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Conduct regular classroom observations, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to motivate and encourage learning. Manage a team to ensure curriculum implementation aligns with brand standards.
- Training and Development: Utilize a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop staff for future success. Listen objectively to employee concerns and plan a recommended course of action.
- Scheduling and Ratios: Build and communicate weekly schedules, ensuring appropriate ratios are maintained and labor is effectively managed to budget.
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience preferred. At least one year of center leadership/management experience required.
- Professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children.
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
- CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
