Role Overview:

The Cardiovascular Technologist plays a crucial role in assisting cardiologists within the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Labs during invasive procedures, ensuring a safe environment for patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in monitoring, scrubbing, and circulating duties.
  • Staying informed about new procedures, equipment, and exam protocols.
  • Maintaining supply inventory at acceptable levels.
  • Operating equipment safely while adhering to ALARA standards during all procedures.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues, medical staff, and patients.

Qualifications:

A vocational school graduate is preferred.
